Due to the consumable nature of Ayurvedic and wellness products, returns are generally accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered items.

Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, we are unable to accept returns in the following situations:

Return Shipping

Where the return is approved due to:

  • Incorrect product shipment

the return shipping cost may be borne by us. For any other approved return requests, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
